Heavy duty screeds are normally used for commercial or Heavy foot traffic areas or if you wanted to screed garage.
latex/self leveling is normally use to smooth the surface of screed or concrete, when laying vinyl or a thin floor covering. Slight imperfections in substrate will show up in these types of floor coverings. A latex floor screed will smooth out those slight imperfections.
Flowing screeds are normally used when depths can't be achieved by traditional screeds or you have a big project you need to fast track as you can lay considerably more flowing screed in a day then you can with traditional screeds. Ideal thickness for flowing screeds is 50mm.
